Who we are
Mozgraph is an app studio building productivity apps. We are MOZGRAPH LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17329571. This policy covers the mozgraph.com website and, as a baseline, the apps we publish. Individual apps may be accompanied by an app-specific policy that supplements this one; where that is the case, the app's store listing will link to it.
What we collect on this website
Essentially nothing. This website does not use analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising. We do not set cookies beyond anything strictly required by our hosting provider to serve the site. There are no contact forms. If you email us, we receive only what you choose to send.
What our apps collect
Our apps are designed to work without accounts. You do not need to sign up, sign in, or give us an email address to use them. Your data, such as the notes, tasks, plans, or other content you create, is stored locally on your device and stays there.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
Diagnostic and crash data may reach us only through the platform's own mechanisms (such as Apple's or Google's crash reporting), and only if you have opted in to sharing it via your operating system settings. That data is aggregated or anonymised by the platform before we see it.
Where a specific app behaves differently from this baseline, for example if a future app offers an optional sync feature, its store listing and app-specific policy will state exactly what it does.
Third-party services
Purchases and subscriptions in our apps are handled entirely by the platform app stores (the Apple App Store and Google Play). We never see or store your payment details; those are processed by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
Our website and apps are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because our apps store data locally and require no account, they do not transmit a child's personal data to us. If you believe a child has sent us personal data by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting a specific app will also be reflected in that app's store listing or app-specific policy.
